CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT · REGISTERED WITH MEDSAFE
DNA-guided medicine at the point of care
Most medicines are prescribed without knowing the patient's genotype. XY Leap™ turns one genomic analysis into evidence-based, DNA-guided recommendations for clinicians and their patients, for life.
One analysis informs care for life
XY Leap™ Omics Platform is clinical decision support software, registered with Medsafe, New Zealand's medicines and medical devices regulator. One genomic analysis activates lifetime access, so every future prescribing decision can draw on the same result.
1,100+
guided therapeutics in total
900+
medicines with dosing guidance and phenoconversion safety checks
150
traditional medicines matched to each patient's toxicogenomic profile
75
nutraceuticals for personalized preventive and anti-inflammatory protocols
Operational today
XY Leap is built, registered with Medsafe and available to clinicians and organizations now. It is backed by a complete technical file, clinical evaluation, verification and validation, 13 years of development by a practicing clinician, and the support of clinicians and private investors.
Three ways to work with us: platform access for clinicians, providers and institutions; DNA-guided reporting at the point of care; and precision medicine education for doctors and pharmacists.
Thermo Fisher Scientific, our global strategic partner. Supported by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE). Headquartered in Christchurch, New Zealand, serving clinicians and organizations worldwide.
Who we serve
-

Clinicians and hospitals
XY Leap gives clinicians DNA-guided prescribing support across medical and surgical specialties. One genomic analysis informs dosing guidance, drug-gene interaction alerts and phenoconversion checks across more than 900 medicines, so teams can choose medicines and doses with the patient's genetics in view.
Clinicians also receive personalized nutrition, exercise and sleep insights to support prevention and chronic disease care. Reports update as new evidence is published, so the same result stays useful at every future consultation. XY Leap supports, and does not replace, clinical judgment.
-

Pharmacies and longevity
Through pharmacy groups and longevity and wellness providers, XY Leap brings DNA-guided prevention to the people they serve. Pharmacists can review medicines against each customer's genetic profile, including 150 traditional medicines and 75 nutraceuticals, and flag interactions that warrant a conversation with the prescriber.
Customers receive personalized nutrition, exercise, sleep and environmental exposure guidance based on their own genetics, with reports that stay current as research is published. Partners gain a distinctive, ongoing service built on a single analysis.
-

Occupational health
For energy, mining, agriculture, aviation and other safety-critical industries, XY Leap helps occupational health teams understand how each worker's genetics may affect their response to medicines and to common workplace exposures, such as fuels, solvents, dusts and agrichemicals.
Teams can use this to inform medication decisions and to tailor nutrition, fatigue and recovery guidance. Results are delivered through the occupational health provider under strict privacy controls.
-

Defense health
For military medical teams, XY Leap supports DNA-guided prescribing in garrison and before deployment, alongside individualized nutrition, training and recovery guidance.
One analysis gives medical officers a lasting reference for every future prescribing decision, including commonly used pain and mental health medicines, helping to keep personnel healthy, ready and deployable.
Partnering with health systems
-

Insurers and health plans
Adverse drug reactions and medicines that do not work as expected drive avoidable hospital admissions, repeat consultations and wasted prescriptions. XY Leap gives insurers and health plans a practical way to reduce that cost by offering members DNA-guided prescribing support through their provider networks.
One analysis covers more than 1,100 therapeutics for life, so its value grows with every new prescription a member receives. Programs can focus on high-cost medication users and chronic disease populations, or be offered as a preventive benefit for members.
-

Government and public health programs
National health strategies increasingly include genomics, prevention and the safe use of medicines. XY Leap gives ministries of health and public health agencies a ready, registered platform to bring pharmacogenomics into national programs, from DNA-guided prescribing in public hospitals to population-level prevention.
Programs can be delivered with local laboratory and clinical partners, matched to the medicines used in each country, including traditional medicines, and supported by accredited training for the doctors and pharmacists who will use them.
-

Research and academic partners
XY Leap brings toxicogenomic, nutrigenomic, exercise genomic and clinical genetic data together in one platform. We welcome collaborations with universities, research institutes and biobanks on pharmacogenomics, prevention and the clinical impact of DNA-guided care.
Research uses de-identified data only, with participant consent and ethics approval in place. Academic partners can also help co-develop and accredit precision medicine training for doctors and pharmacists.
